| Each item of fashion jewelry from The Jacqueline Kennedy Collection by Camrose & Kross is guaranteed for three years against manufacturer defects in material or workmanship. During that time, you may return any item if you encounter defects with stones, plating, or clasps. Simply return the defective item to Camrose & Kross for complimentary repair or replacement.
Similarly, watch movements are also guaranteed for three years from the time of purchase. These repairs may be returned to Camrose & Kross for service along with a check for $7.50 for S&H. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse accident, water penetration or worn out battery. Camrose & Kross does not replace batteries. In addition, you may return any item purchased from our site, for any reason, defective or not for up to 30 days after purchase. |
